Returns & Cancellations

Cancellations: Due to fast-changing market prices of trading cards, orders cannot be cancelled or changed once payment has been completed. Please review your order carefully before checkout.

Returns: because every card is an individual collectible, we do not accept returns except when an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with photos within 3 days of delivery.

Refunds, when approved, are issued in Japanese yen (JPY) to the original payment method.
